L-Adapter für TSProf K03 und Kadet

Items came just as advertised. Case has a nice tight fit with stones, very happy. I will not hesitate to order here again.

Shipped quickly, but we're missing M5 screws that were supposed to come with them. Gritomatic responded immediately and offered to ship them ASAP. I actually had some laying around but appreciate the exceptional customer support!

Kadet Pro - L-Adapters are good but require additional parts or modification Purchased for TSPROF Kadet Pro - These L-Adapters are well-made and will work as intended. However, they did not work out of the box. The hardware and threading inside the adapter are not the same as the Thumb Screws which come with the TSPROF. The TSPROF Thumb Screws M5x18 and the thread size included with the L-Adapters appears to be smaller. To use the L-Adapters you must (1.) have additional M5 screws on hand to mount the TSPROF Clamps to the L-Adapters and then use the provided screws to mount the L-adapters to the frame, or, (2.) re-thread the L-adapters to fit the TSPROF Thumb Screws and have additional M5 screws to mount the clamps to the L-adapters. L-Adapters are well made, they fit the frame and provide more versatility than other single clamp after-market adapters but to use them you must be prepared to modify or have additional M5 screws on hand.

Purchased for the Kadet Pro - The adapters feel well made and also work as they should. However, I was not able to use them right out of the box. The adapters fit the frame and adjust along the frame accordingly, but the threading inside is not compatible with the TSPROF OEM thumb screws which are M5x18 and the hardware provided is not the right size for the TSPROF clamps. In order to use these adapters you must either (1.) use the provided hardware to mount the adapters to the frame and have some additional M5 screws on hand to mount clamps to adapters; or, (2.) re-thread the adapters in order to fit the TSPROPF Thumb screws and still have additional M5 screws for the clamps. The adapters work, feel well made, and allow for adjustments that some other after market adapters do not, just know modification or extra hardware will be required.

I would call them clamp adapters. Very tight tolerance.very satisfied.Easy to install.

L-Adapters for TSProf K03 and Kadet Perfect fit and finish. You have to remove the center cap on the KO3 to use the narrowest position. It pops off very easily and is just there for aesthetics. These adapters do precisely what they were designed to do. Now I can work smaller blades such as my Benchmade Bugout with it perfectly centered. And it also gives you more width of course. Highly recommend. GET THEM!

Does not work with the stock screws with the ko3.

Not perfect but a great upgrade The threads were very tight and the TSProf thumb screw didn’t want to thread in. Fortunately I had a tap and chased the threads and now it is fine. Also the middle thumb screw cover has to be removed to get the clamps all the way to the center but it’s no big deal.

It's excellent, fits perfectly and what I've been looking for.

L-adapters So I purchased these adapters as an alternative to the actual Tsprof banded ones because those have been out of stock for quite some time now. These adapters work as they should but only after I spent some time with a small jewelers file to dress the edges where the clamps get mounted and where the adapters get fixed to the sharpener itself. Something I wish I didn’t have to do.

Excellent item for tsprof k03 sharpener. Fits nicely.
